That is extremely good advice! I recently found a stray Daschund (about a year old) and these are the steps we took and we have had her less than a week and she is already housebroken. I would like to add that all dogs (especially puppies) usually need to go potty when they wake up from a nap. So anytime my dog wakes up I take her out immediately!!
