Fred is a wonderful young boy who is very laid back. "Red Fred" was an owner surrender to Animal Control because of skin problems. He has been checked out and it is believed that he has an allergy. He was tested for Demadex and was negative. He is also heartworm negative and has been altered. His favorite things are sleeping, cuddling, and eating - not necessarily in that order. He is very well behaved in the house and is very close to being completely house trained. He loves to go on walks and gets along with all the other dogs and my two year old grandson. I do not know how he feels about cats, but I suspect he would be fine with them. He sleeps in a crate at night and seems fine with this. Of course, I am sure he would probably prefer the big bed. He is a bit shy with other dogs but warms up to them quickly. He loves everyone and isn't much of a barker. This little boy will most likely require close monitoring by a vet because of his allergies and would probably benefit from allergy testing.
