UNCLE SAM is a handsome and intelligent very large Dachsie mix ( Lab ? ) with a terrific personality ! He’s probably two to three years old and weighs in at about 50 pounds. He loves to hunt critters (squirrels & rabbits) and play in the back yard of his foster-home. He is very affectionate and lap-loving, makes great eye-contact, and has a handsome, regal appearance.

We are not sure of Sammy’s history or background, but because of his temperament, it appears he was not mistreated, except for possible neglect from being left alone. He loves companionship and does great with children. Sam’s up-to-date on vaccinations, has pearly-white teeth, and is on monthly heartworm preventative. He’s working on house manners, and will have few accidents if let out regularly.
