( ADOPTION PENDING ) Here’s amazin’ GRACIE, a delightful little 3 or 4 year old female Dachsie that has been dubbed “Miss Personality”! She is a very small red shorthair who is very enthusiastic. She is a little bit skittish when traveling in the car, but is ever so happy when patrolling in her foster-momma’s big fenced backyard. She is a very happy Dachsie to be running free instead of confined to a cage as a puppy-mill breeder. Gracie loves scrounging around the yard for moles and other critters, and has worn a sentry path beside the fence making sure none are encroaching on her territory.

Gracie is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm free and on monthly preventative, and just had her teeth cleaned. She is an eager-eater and a high jumper, so extra care will need to be shown. She is working on her house manners and will have few accidents if allowed to go out often, and she does love to go out. Gracie would probably do very well with a doggie door. She had a microchip implant when she was liberated from a shelter, and her identification is transferable.
