Blue is a big boy, a standard Dachshund. He has a very big heart to match. Blue is a calm, sweet boy who loves to sit and listen to the people talk. He loves to be held and have his ears stroked and his tummy rubbed. He is a soulful, lovely boy.

Blue belonged to an elderly couple who had to move to assisted living and couldn't take him along. It broke their hearts, and Blue's. He would desperately love to be in a home again with his very own people. He is a sensitive boy who thrives on love. When he came to HUA he weighed 30 pounds. He now weighs 24 pounds.
