Remember - your user name and password are both case sensitive. "USER" is not the same as "user", which is not the same as "User". You should receive your user confirmation email almost immediately. If you don't receive it within a very few minutes, check your SPAM folder. Some internet providers (AOL in particular) are not very forgiving about automated messages from domains not on your whitelist (earthlink) and will route messages (msn) such as your confirmation directly to the spam folder.
